PRINCIPAL

Gloria Venczel, BES, B. Arch, MRAIC, RPP, MCIP is a diversified, multidisciplinary professional with experience and passion for sustainable urban design and complete community urban planning. She has a background in architecture, urban design and urban planning. Gloria Venczel is able to provide a full 360’ perspective and analysis on mixed use land planning, transit oriented, pedestrian friendly community development, as well as create architectural streetscape design guidelines to implement the vision.
